A short claim readiness checklist for farm and business clients

Five things you can do now that tend to make claim time more straightforward later.

Claims are rarely planned for, and that is part of why a short, readiness checklist tends to be useful.

We recommend clients keep a current set of photographs of key assets, an up-to-date list of values, and a brief record of recent improvements or additions. These three items come up in almost every claim conversation.

If you are not sure where your policy schedule sits today, that is also a good first call to make.

Good records do not prevent a claim – but they make a difficult week considerably easier.
