Livestock in Transit Insurance

Livestock in Transit Insurance gives rma network Members access to a dedicated transit cover option for livestock movements across Australia. It is designed to support vendors, buyers and livestock producers with cover for accidental death and physical injury during transit, backed by an insurer with long-standing experience in rural and regional communities.

The NTI Marine Livestock Transit Insurance Policy uses plain-language wording and includes a range of commonly requested extra covers. For eligible transits, it provides competitive cover with a NIL excess, helping make the claims process clearer and more practical when livestock are injured or lost during transport.
